Inspect weekly residential buildings for cleanliness, operations, review work of building staff, write up report with photos of buildings. Helpful to have knowledge of building operations and some construction. Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau County. Answer emergency line. Gas allowance and cell phone. 6 hours per week.
